Before You Book
Should I book a consultation or request a quote?
Book the $150 consultation when you need help deciding what to produce, how to structure the shoot, or how to match deliverables to your budget and audience. If you already have a defined scope and need a production proposal, submit your project details for review.
What should I bring to the session?
Have your communication goal, intended audience, preferred filming location, target date, estimated budget, and any required deliverables ready. Reference videos or examples can help explain your preferred direction. If those decisions are still open, we can work through them during the session.
What will I receive?
The 60-minute session covers your production approach, recommended deliverables, budget, timeline, and workflow. You will receive a written action summary after the call so you have clear next steps for planning your project.
Can we plan a project outside Atlanta?
Yes. AFz Media is headquartered in Atlanta and supports projects across the United States. Location, crew needs, travel, and delivery requirements are considered when developing the production scope. Explore nationwide production.
Does the consultation reserve my shoot date?
A consultation does not reserve a production date. Production dates are secured after scope approval, a signed agreement, and the required deposit. The $150 consultation fee may be credited toward an AFz production of $1,500 or more booked within 14 days.
